Listing verification
This badge appears only on listings whose owner submitted proof of ownership or management and our team checked it
For tenants
- Listings with the Verified badge passed a document check for ownership or management rights, and the address matches the listing
- An unverified listing is not necessarily untrustworthy, but please check before paying: view the room in person, ask for ID and ownership papers, sign a written contract, and transfer only to an account in the landlord's name
- RentKrub never collects payments or deposits on behalf of a property
For owners: which documents to submit
- Document 1
- The property's house registration, or a recent water or electricity bill showing the same address as the listing Required
- Document 2
- A clear photo of the house-number plate or the property's name sign Required
- Optional documents
- Building structural inspection report (with date) → "Building structure inspected" badge · Accommodation/hotel business licence → "Licensed accommodation business" badge
- File types
- jpg, png or pdf, up to 8 MB per file
- Review time
- Within 1–2 business days, with an email per file. Rejected files include the reason and only that file needs resubmitting (status "Reviewed, awaiting correction")
- Privacy
- Files are stored privately, visible only to you and our team, never shown on the site, and used only for verification
Steps: sign in → My listings → click "Verify property" on the listing → attach files (one at a time or together) → results arrive per file
